Tweed Ride captivated the city last fall with over 450 stylish people on cool bikes who took to the streets decked out in vintage and Edwardian attire. This Spring, Dandies and Quaintrelles teams up with performance artist Holly Bass of Holly Bass Performance Projects to respond with an event tailored to the warmer weather of late spring.
